Part 1: Personal Wellness Goals for Resilience and Joy (Attendance at Part 2 not required)
In these turbulent times, so much is out of our control, and yet our communities call on us to lead with strength and resilience. Together, we’ll focus on what we can influence so we can show up for ourselves, our loved ones, our teams, and our communities as our best selves. In this focused yet relaxed workshop, you’ll explore 8 Dimensions of Wellness and create 1–3 specific, manageable, and joyful goals with clear next steps, along with strategies to overcome barriers and build lasting habits, leaving with an inspiring goal poster to track your progress.
Part 2: Supporting Healthy Teams During Uncertain Times (Attendance at Part 1 is REQUIRED)
Amid everything we’re navigating, stress is not just individual, it’s collective. Our teams are carrying what’s happening in our sector, our communities, and the country while still being expected to produce high quality work. As leaders, we have a responsibility to not only focus on outputs, but to actively care for the people doing the work, yet key aspects of workplace wellness like connection, morale, belonging, and emotional wellbeing are often overlooked, even though they shape team happiness, culture, and long term sustainability. In Part 2 of this workshop, we’ll reflect on what it means to lead healthy teams right now, explore how to support the wellbeing of teams, boards, and volunteer groups, and identify practical ways to build environments where needs can be voiced and met, strengthening care, accountability, and resilience.
Presented by Robyn McKeen, a compassionate and organized facilitator and coach with over 15 years of experience leading groups and individuals in a wide variety of leadership skills, capacity building, strategic planning, goal setting, and change management.
