COFONC fills service gaps in the local nonprofit environment by providing administrative, organizational effectiveness, and back-end support to new projects.
Fiscal sponsorship allows our projects to save time and money on administrative tasks, and opens up possibilities for receiving and distributing philanthropic capital to support important initiatives in our community.

Criteria for Sponsorship
- Support projects must directly benefit the residents of the communities we serve.
- Avoid duplicating existing nonprofits already providing similar services in our area.
- Address a gap in the current tapestry of services available in our community.
- Mission and values aligned with COFONC.
