In two 2-hour sessions, you’ll configure AI to know your voice and your organization, run deep research on grants and legislation without wasting your token budget, put agents to work on real tasks — and learn how to help your whole team use AI responsibly and consistently.
You’ll leave with three things you built during the sessions: a custom AI persona tailored to your nonprofit, a documented research workflow, and a one-page AI norms document ready to share with your team. Not hypothetical. Yours, ready to use Monday morning.

Prerequisite: AI Essentials (or equivalent). A paid ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude subscription required. Bring a device with internet access. You must be able to attend both sessions.
